Insights from Moses (Series) (May - July 2009)
Most of us are familiar with the burning bush, crossing the Red Sea, and the 10 Commandments - but what else do you know about Moses?  Moses is considered one of the greatest people in all of Israel's history, but through this sermon series, you will see just how human he really was.  Maybe we all have a little Moses in us!

My GPS (Stand Alone) (May 10th)
This sermon was inspired by Pastor Maddox's last visit with Perry Oswald who passed away after the visit.  Pastor Maddox shares a true story about listening to God.

Forgiveness (Series) (April 19th - May 3rd)
Around Easter we talk a lot about God's forgiveness as this is a very important part of the Easter message.  But what about our forgiveness?  How easily do we forgive others?  How easily do we forgive ourselves?  And speaking of forgiveness, can and does God forgive everyone - even the worst of the sinners?

Our Beliefs (Series) (March 8th - March 29th)
Almost all of us vary on our beliefs. Sure there are "core" beliefs we profess as Christians, but what do we believe beyond that? During this sermon series, Pastor Maddox encourages us to use our brains - and allow us to think for ourselves.

Sermon Series During 2008 on Audio

Ghosts of Christmas - Don't Be A Scrooge (November 30th - December 21st)
The Season of Advent is about preparing ourselves for the coming of Christ.  So during this Christmas Season, this sermon series takes a comparison of our own lives to those of Charles Dickens' character, Ebenezer Scrooge.

Sinning Like A Christian (October 12th - November 23rd)
This sermon series looks at the many of the pitfalls we all can fall into:
Lust, Greed, Envy, Pride, Gluttony, Anger, Sloth.   You might be surprised, some of these might describe us more than we thought!  These sins have traditionally been called the Seven Deadly Sins - and this series takes a closer look at all seven!

Insights for Living Based on the Life of King David (August 10th - September 21st)
This sermon series looks at the life of Israel's most famous king, and at the same time, gives us insights into our own lives. If you are looking for a character in the Bible that had strong faith, but still struggled with morality, bad kids, deceit, and other issues, King David is the one to study. You could call David one of the most "human" characters in the Bible.
