About Sanctuary

Sanctuary United Methodist Church is truly a welcoming church. We have parishioners that haven't begun to start their families yet to those whose grandchildren are starting families and all ages in-between.

We invite you to come visit us and see for yourself why we are a growing church.

 

  
Church in a School?

 

Many people have asked us, "How can you worship God in a school?  Don't you need a regular church building?"  Even our pastor's wife was a little concerned about this at first.

What we had to realize is that God is everywhere, not just in big buildings.  We do plan to build our own physical building someday, but until then, we will continue to worship God in our current church home.  

Rattlesnake Ridge has been wonderful to us and we greatly appreciate being able to rent their facilities.

We are averaging around 160 people in our worship services every week and we continue to grow!

We offer Nursery and Sunday School.

We sponsor community events.

We have a women's group, men's group, and a youth group.

Out congregation is a truly welcoming congregation.

Sanctuary is about 3 years old. We offer both Contemporary and Traditional Worship Services. We also plan to build a physical church building in the future.

We are part of the United Methodist Church and enjoy our connectional system.
